But I don't think evolution works like that. I mean, humans are not going to start being born with no legs just because you don't use them. Normally there is a mutation in the species that gives it an advantage in certain areas over another to survive. For example, if certain species has a mutation and is born with longer necks, it can reach food on trees higher up, thus surviving over other specimens. And thanks to it surviving it transmits the mutation to its descendants, that in normal conditions will also be born with the mutation...

I think it has more to do with the fact that there are lower standards of general maintenance and hygiene in Japan (and moreso in Hong Kong, definitely). You can tell, the especially ghetto JAV, those actresses really need to go brush their teeth.
